OpportunityAbout this opportunity: FEAT Trading CIC seeks an experienced and committed Chair to work with the Board and Chief Executive and wider management team to steer strategy and development, whilst ensuring the long-term future of the organisation.
Candidates must have previous board/governance experience, strong communication and committee skills, knowledge of both commerce and the third sector, and the ability to effectively manage the Board. It is an exciting time to join us as we are set to begin operations of the refurbished flax mill in Silverburn Park from 2026 as a visitor centre and community hub.Takes place: mornings afternoons evenings Mondays 
Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Sundays Training provided: Directors will receive an induction into the role supported by senior staff and existing Directors. Experience required: Strategic leadership, governance, efficiency and effectiveness, people management, external relations, commerce Restrictions on who can volunteer
