    Aims and objectivesThe Club is one of the oldest in St Andrews, being instituted in 1833. The objective of the Association shall be to promote and encourage the cultivation of fruit, flower and vegetables by holding meetings, lectures, demonstration, lectures, horticultural and inductrial exhbitions and any other way that may be deemed expedient.
