Created/last updated: 08/02/2023Aims and objectives INCLUDEM (Relapse Prevention) works to connect young people who have been excluded from opportunities and choices which the rest of us enjoy. We try to open doors to activities, hobbies and pastimes which the young person can independently persue. This will build the social network of the young person and help them to lead a healthy and stable lifestyle.
