    Aims and objectivesActive Ageing Day Centre based support for older adults (65yrs+). Groups operate from Monday through to Friday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. and transport is provided. The main aim of our project is to reduce social isolation and enable older people to remain active members of their communties. A range of activities (with support from staff trained in health & social care relevant to their roles within the team) are on offer along with breakfast, lunch and snacks.
