Created/last updated: 08/02/2023Aims and objectives Food Train Connects provides support for older people who may be isolated and lonely and needing extra support with weekly grocery shopping as well as other activities. Volunteering with Food Train Connects makes an impact on the lives of older people in your community. Our aim is to support older people to eat well, age well and live well in their own home as long as they wish.
