    In support of Mental Health Awareness Week (13-19 May 2024), Wild Workforce is delighted to offer 5 Ways to Wellbeing Workshops in the beautiful grounds of Falkland Estate this May. 

    The focus of this year's Mental Health Awareness Week is Movement, which is an integral part of Wild Workforce Outdoor Workshops. 

    Join them for fun, nature crafts, games, and gentle movement in a beautiful outdoor environment. 

    Please wear outdoor footwear and bring a waterproof jacket. 

    Workshops are kept small, with a maximum of 10 people per workshop.

    Time: 10.00am and 12.00pm (workshops last 1.5 hours)
