Alzheimer Scotland have launched a new class called Healthy Hearts and Hips, a fun weekly meet up where individuals can socialise, meet new friends, enjoy good music and gentle exercises.
The class takes place every Tuesday, 1.00-2.30, at ther Kirkcaldy Dementia & Brain Health Resource Centre.
